Author Tere Davies talk about Dreaming of Thee
If you live in the Dargaville surrounds – or even if you don’t – you may be interested to attend our author event at Dargaville RSA on 20 April.
Author Tere Davies will be talking about her book and answering questions. The book contains the letters home, family history and photos from young airman, Terry Dixon. It describes his journey and experiences from NZ to Canada, the UK and North Africa.
Author Tere and airman Terry both have strong historical connections to the Te Kopuru and Dargaville area.
Dargaville Library and Dargaville RSA have teamed up to host the event.
The RSA opens at 10am and talk starts at 10.30am. The talk and questions will be followed by morning tea.
