Our customer services team are available 8.15am - 4.15pm (9.00am - 4.15pm Wednesday) Monday to Friday by phone 09 439 7059 or freephone 0800 727 059.
**This Wednesday 08 September 8.15am–10.00am, phone calls to our Customer Service will be diverted to our after-hours service. This is to enable our team to complete new systems training. The Customer Services team will be back on the phones after 10.00am.**
At the close of business and in the weekends, our telephone is diverted to an after-hours service provider.
Urgent requests for service are forwarded to service providers for immediate attention, while non-urgent calls are reported to Council the next working day for follow-up action.
