Long Term Plan

Long Term Plans

The Long Term Plan (LTP) sets Council's strategic direction and work programme for the 10 years ahead. It outlines the services we will provide, the projects we will undertake, the cost of doing this work, how it will be paid for and how we will measure our performance.

The issues we face and the context within which we work are continuously changing. For this reason, an LTP is produced every three years. Our next Long Term Plan will be created between July 01 2020 and is set for adoption by the end of June 2021.
