If you own property or a dog, or you have any other business with us, we need your correct contact details.
If you change your surname by marriage and you own a property, we can only change your name on your rates when you provide a Certificate of Title showing your name change.
Note: You can give us an alternative postal address for your rates or sign up to receive your rates by email. If you are an owner, part owner or a Trustee of a property, the details will change on all those properties.
The only exception is if you receive a parking infringement, we cannot alter those details as they are supplied by the NZ Transport Agency.
We will contact you with a confirmation within three (3) working days. We will respond during normal business hours Monday to Friday 8 am - 4.30 pm.
