Mangawhai Community Housing
The Mangawhai Community Housing units are managed by Desiree Richardson 022 500 1193 or m.krentals@yahoo.co.nz. The criteria is a single person 65 or older with limited means and they must be capable of independent living. We do not operate a waiting list, instead find the most suitable tenant whenever a vacancy occurs.
