About Objective Build
The Building Consent Authority has introduced a new building consent application system. Building applications can be submitted via the Objective Build Applicant Platform.
The Objective Build building consent application platform covers all aspects of the building consent process including applying for amendments to an approved building consent or applying for a code compliance certificate when you have finished building.
Objective Build is simple and intuitive to use with agents and owners having full visibility of how the application is progressing.

Getting Started with Objective Build
To minimise any disruptions to you, we have migrated all active consents (CCC not yet issued) into the new system. If you have previously used Alpha for your consent application, please create an account and sign into Objective Build using the same email address as your Alpha account.
The Objective Build Support Team are there to assist and can be contacted directly at build.support@objective.com or via phone on 0800 024 508. They’re available Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm NZST, excluding public holidays.

Please note: As part of our transition to Objective Build, there is currently a limitation on viewing previously uploaded required documents in the former AlphaOne portal. This will be resolved soon. If you need to view a required document you have previously uploaded and are unable to do so, please contact the Objective Build Support Team who will assist you with access.
