Council has adopted new Fees and Charges for the 2025/2026 year at its May meeting.

If you pay your council bills online, things will look a little different, don’t worry - it’s all part of the upgrade.

Elected members have agreed to undertake further community consultation regarding a potential move to base its general rates on capital value.

At the February council meeting, elected members approved up to $1.2 million in additional funds for the Mangawhai pensioner housing upgrade, to be drawn from depreciation reserves.
