Two count cameras have been installed in Dargaville to track the number of people walking, cycling and scooting.

From 1 July Molesworth Drive southbound traffic will be diverted around Moir Point Road/Seabreeze Road for approximately three weeks.

Downer is working hard to get construction done through the winter period, in time to have the third phase of the shared path open for use when summer rolls round again.

Two temporary raised crossings and a new footpath will soon provide improved connectivity in Dargaville, making it easier and safer for tamariki to walk, cycle and scoot to school.  

Molesworth Drive has been a hive of activity, with crew working on the third phase of the shared path spread across different zones.
