Enrolling and voting in the Kaipara District Council Election means you can have your say on the future Governance of the District.

If you want to vote you need to be enrolled.

If you are already enrolled on the Parliamentary Electoral Roll and live in the district you will automatically be enrolled to vote in the Local Election.

If you’re not on the Parliamentary Electoral Roll in the Kaipara region and want to enrol, or if you're not sure if you're enrolled and want to check the elections website link on right or call 0800 36 76 56.

If you pay rates on a property in a different area to where you live, you may be eligible to enrol on the non-resident ratepayer electoral roll.

A company or society paying property rates can also qualify as a ratepayer elector.
