Antenno survey – December 2025
We ran a survey with current Antenno users in December 2025 and received 135 responses. The data gives us a good snapshot of what users find useful about Antenno, and which demographics and communities in Kaipara are engaged with the app.
Please remember that requests for service via Antenno enter our system in the order they are received, along with emails. It is important that urgent, dangerous or time-critical requests for service are called in (0800 727 059) so they can be escalated appropriately.
A few reminders:
- Silencing notifications – 43% did not know about this feature.
You can choose to silence notifications, just note if you silence a topic, you silence any sub-categories under that topic also. You can check your silenced notifications and un-mute them under ‘More – Places of Interest’. - Sharing notifications – this was suggested, but it already exists.
You can use the ‘share’ button at the bottom of each post to share the notification directly to a friend or to your social media pages. - Report It – 28% did not know about this feature.
The Report It feature allows you to report a council issue directly from the app, including photos and map pinpointing location of the issue.
Thank you to everyone who provided feedback on Antenno. We’re pleased to hear it is working well for the majority of users and really appreciate the suggestions for improvement.
