KDC commenced hearings for the Proposed District Plan on Monday 25 August 2025. The hearing was chaired by Mark Farnsworth, who was selected by Council to be the Hearing Chair. Further Panel appointments will be made following the Election. Council is planning to hold further hearings towards the end of this year, following the close of Further Submissions.
