The Customer Service Centre have numerous enquiries for property information. Some are simple where only rates and water rates information is required and can be accessed through Council's Intranet. Increasing numbers of enquiries result in staff needing to access files and copy information for the enquirer. At present no fees are paid, other than the cost of photocopying, but staff spend a great deal of time on many enquiries. |
