The Building Team Leader role is key to ensuring we provide a reliable, customer friendly service in a supportive team environment. We look to the Building Team Leader to provide technical leadership in processing and inspections as well as co-ordinate the activities of this small but very efficient team.

The position will be based at Council's Kaiwaka office.

The right person will be able to work unsupervised, yet be a supportive team member, will have accurate oral and written language skills, and be computer literate. Ongoing training is considered to be part of the job.
