Nominations closed at 12 noon Friday 20 August 2010 with a large number of nominations having been received for all three wards.

It is a "two horse" race for the mayoralty between the incumbent Mayor, Neil Tiller and Councillor Bill Guest.

It is important that you vote - be sure to have a say in the Council you get.

Annual Plan 2010/2011

This Annual Plan outlines Council's activities for the 2010/2011 financial year. The draft Annual Plan supports Council's ten year plan, Kaipara's Future - Working Together Long Term Council Community Plan (LTCCP), that was released in 2006 and identifies any changes or additions to the LTCCP.

Here you can find informaiton on public meetings being held around the District, submission form, a copy of the Draft Annual Plan and the Summary of the Draft Annual Plan.

Copies of the Summary of Submissions are avaliable on the website and can also be viewed at all Council libraries and the desk at both Kaiwaka and Dargaville Council offices.
