Pursuant to Section 46 (3) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, a meeting has been set down for 1pm, Monday 1 July 2013 and is open to the public. The meeting has been scheduled to consider the report on the tender responses for Contract 682- Roading Maintenance which will be considered as a public excluded item under section 48(1) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987. There are no other items on the agenda.
